Lead tuner Ian Jones, with over 30 years experience as a qualified piano technician and tuner to some of the biggest names and events in the business offers an extensive wealth of expertise and knowledge. Ian holds diplomas in Piano Tuning & Restoration as well as in Keyboard Instrument Technology and has hit the high-note with a collection of industry accolades to his name.

Ian is not alone on the tuning team, we have a team of tuners, skilled to the highest level in all aspects of pianomaking and servicing to provide a comprehensive service to our clients around Wales and the North West.

The Process
1.Request a tuning

Book your appointment online here by providing us with some basic contact information.

2.We'll email you a date

Within a few days, you will receive an email from us with a date, time and tuner information.

3.We'll remind you

On the morning of your tuning, we'll text you to remind you of your appointment & tuner details.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?

Once we've received your tuning request via the form below we'll process your request within days, dependant on our workload in your area. Once we have determined a day that we'll be near you we'll send you an email confirming your tuning appointment.

The time that it will take to complete the tuning and or servicing on your piano varies on the amount of work that needs to be done and various other variable factors such as temperature and humidity, and the elapsed time since the last tuning. Typically a visit will range from 1 hour to 1 and a half hours.

How much does it cost?

Like many other things, the cost of a tuning and servicing will vary depending upon the amount of work that is necessary.

A tuning and minor regulation will range in price from £65 - £75.

I've requested a tuning, but haven't heard anything

It usually takes a few days for us to process your tuning request and provide a date depending on the workload in your area.

However, if the time since you requested your tuning has elapsed this period, there are two things that you could do:

1. Check your spam/junk email folder in case our email to you has been caught there.

2. Call us on 01766 884100, to speak with someone regarding your tuning, or alternatively, click here to email our tuning team.
